Hello,
    I have a background image that is supposed to tile all the way down but stops at one point for some reason.  Any ideas?

Code:

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="left" width="750" background="bkgd.png">
<tr>
 <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="750" background="bkgd.png">
  <tr>
    <td valign="top">
        <a href="index.html" ><img border="0" name="Home" src="home.png" width="143" height="30" alt="Home"></a><br>
         <a href="Equine.html" ><img border="0" name="nav_equine" src="equine.png" width="143" height="30" alt="Equine"></a><br>
          <a href="smallAnimal.html"><img name="nav_smallAnimal" src="smallAnimal.png" width="143" height="30" border="0" alt="Small Animal"></a><br>
         <a href="TransGel.html"><img name="nav_transGel" src="TransGel.png" width="143" height="30" border="0" alt="Transdermal Gels"></a><br>
         <a href="Ophthalmology.html"><img name="nav_ophth" src="Ophth.png" width="143" height="30" border="0" alt="Ophthalmology"></a><br>
          <a href="equineList.asp"><img src="equineList.png" alt="Equine Drug List" name="nav_equine" width="144" height="30" border="0"></a><br>
          <a href="smallAnimalList.asp"><img name="nav_smAnimal"src="smAnimalList.png" width="144" height="30" alt="Small Animal Drug List" border="0"></a><br>
          <a href="QA.html"><img name="nav_qa" src="QA.png" width="144" height="30" alt="Quality Assurance" border="0"></a><br>
          <a href="contactUs.html"><img name="nav_contact" src="contactUs.png" width="143"    height="30" alt="Contact Us" border="0"></a>
    </td>
    <td><img src="Equine/equineRaceImage.gif" width="600" height="440" border="0" align="top"></td>
   </tr>
 </table>
</tr>
<tr >
  <td width="750"><img src="Equine/equineChart.gif" alt="" name="" height="700"></td>

i don't know if this is causing the problem, but your inner table is not within a cell

you have

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="left" width="750" background="bkgd.png">
<tr>
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="750" background="bkgd.png">
 <tr>
   <td valign="top">
           .... code....
      </td>
   <td><img src="Equine/equineRaceImage.gif" width="600" height="440" border="0" align="top"></td>
  </tr>
</table>
</tr>

but it should be

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="left" width="750" background="bkgd.png">
<tr><td>
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="750" background="bkgd.png">
 <tr>
   <td valign="top">
           .... code....
      </td>
   <td><img src="Equine/equineRaceImage.gif" width="600" height="440" border="0" align="top"></td>
  </tr>
</table>
</td></tr>

You have the background tag inside a table tag so it only tiles within that table.  You will want to put it inside the Body tag above the table tag such as:

<body background="bkgd.png">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="left" width="750" background="bkgd.png">
<tr>...

I forgot to mention you can take the background tag out of the Table tag.
