Very Easy.

1 . Create a Button on your Stage (Draw shape and convert to synbol TYPE should be Button)
2. Select the "T" tool and from properties Inspector choose the type to "Dynamic" for your text box and give it a instance name "t1".
3. Now place this action on your button.

on (rollOver)      {
_root.t1.text = "Testing"
}
on (rollOut)      {
      _root.t1.text = ""
}

4. Test your Movie you are all set.
