Hi awmjr

Informations services are accessed via Tools>Services.

This is where you set up Internet Email, Exchange Server access, Address books and so forth.  Basically, its where you define how to get and receive email.

That's the setup for Corporate/Workgroup mail configuration which requires Exchange or another mail service.

If you use the Internet Only option (which I don't have setup) it may be different.
