Create or modify dialing location to include dial prefix
Hi all,
I am in need of modifying or creating a new TAPI dialing location so as to add a dial prefix.
I have a RAS dial application that uses country codes and area codes, so I cannot simply add a 0 or 9 to the start of the number in code as the area/country codes will be dialed first by the RAS dialer, so I need to know how to add or modify the TAPI dialing location to make the app use a prefix.

I really am after an example of how to create and modify a Windows TAPI dialing location and then allow RAS to use those dialing rules using the TAPI api and RAS api.
