NAVEVAPI Error
following error message on screen of server
NAVEVAPI error
NAVEVAPI.DLL internal errors
Scan function returned error 0xc0090086 on file IMAGE026.jpg
C:\crunch\source\NAVEAPI\N AVEVAPI.CP P.1070
there should be to my knowledge no folder called crunch\source
we are running Windows NT4 sp 6a, up to date with patches
Exchange 5.5 sp4
Nortons Corp Edition 8
Nortons AV for Exchange from the 7.6 corp edition CD
any ideas on what has cause this or the resoultion.
I connect to this server from PC anywhere as the site is around 6 hours away.
unable to get into event viewer
has anyone dealt with this.

Looks like you have a virus and made your Norton AV disfunctional. Run one of these online AV scanners.

Glad to know u got it working.
After re-apply sp4 and Norton SMS, will the problem happen again later?

no that seems to resolve the issue completely

2. Expand to your Server under admin
(Administrative Groups>> DOMAIN-NAME
3. Right click on DOMAIN-NAME folder, Properties.
4. Your going to see an Exchange Service Account
(with Administrator listed)
5. Click MODIFY
6. Retype your password, verify password.
7. Hit OK, OK, close out System Manager.
8. Restart Exchange services.
