Automatic email address entry in Contacts folder - how?

In Outlook Express you could set it to automatically enter email addresses that you read into the address book - can this be set in Outlook 2000 and/or XP?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In OL2k it can be set as long as you are not in C/W mode.  I found an add-in for this at Sperry Software.
