2gb limit workarounds
Hi!
My office users Internet Mail with MS-Outlook.
Some of the heavy-hitters have mailboxes close to 2GB and they INSIST they need immediate access to every e-mail in their inbox.
Is there a way, such as making two profiles or mailboxes or something
(not sure how to do it) where all e-mails up to - lets say the end of this month are in one mailbox and all new mail comes to another mailbox, but they can see all of it instantly?
no archiving, or backing up, but instant access.
Also ... if this is possible, how about splitting the 2GB mailbox into smaller ones so I don't have HUGE files sitting on the local drive?
Thanks

I asked the users to divide their e-mails into three or four categories and I then exported those categories into new PST files, and set outlook to open those PST files on start-up.
