When I go to compose an e-mail address and type the first couple of letters of the first name, Outlook used to finish the e-mail name or address for me.  Now it doesn't.  Where is this option stored?

Automatic name completion is not available in Outlook 2000 just like you said.  I was able to get it to work by using the name resolution feature.  Microsoft knowledge base article - 296407
