Exchange 2003 Recipient Update Services

I am running Exchange 2003 and just recently migrated from Exchange 5.5.  When the 5.5 server was still running I could create new users and intern create thier mailboxes.  It would then put them in the address list.  Now with the 5.5 server gone and I am running in Native mode whenever I create a user and create thier mailbox it doesn't put them in the address list.  If I go to the ADSI Editor and look at the showinaddresslist attribute there is nothing there.  Everyone that was moved over and that I created with the 5.5 server running, have entries for that attribute.  I have deleted and recreated new RUS's and ran domainprep again and it still is not working.  I am completely out of ideas.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My email address is cpilson@frontierspinning.com.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
