we have small script shown following:
call c:\progra~1\micros~1\office\msaccess.exe   c:\develop\pc_inventory\SECPCInventoryNew.mdb /wrkgrp c:\develop\pc_inventory\Secured.mdw
cd \
exit
when it runs, it open DOS comand window and hanging for the application to run, and the Access Window is not MAX

My question would be: 1 how can we close the DOS command window while waiting for Application to run. 2. How to max MSaccess window? Thanks

Use start instead of call:

start "some Title" /max c:\progra~1\micros~1\office\msaccess.exe c:\develop\pc_inventory\SECPCInventoryNew.mdb /wrkgrp c:\develop\pc_inventory\Secured.mdw
