Using Regex to replace all vbCrLf to <P>

I am new to regular expressions.

I want to produce a Multiline Messagebox to show the user (using vbCrLF), and then write the same message to an .html file.

Using Regular Expressions, is there an easy way to replace all CRLF occurences with <P>?
