problem with setting up a Web Ceonferance between to pc's on the same lan

I hope someone can help me, I haev running a Mix Domain NT4 / 2000 domain

I am trying to get a web conferance going between to pc's on the same lan

Each Pc is Win 98se I have tested the software on each Pc, which allow me to view the image from the webcam on my screen, but when I try to dail up the other PC to revice the image, then I am only getting a blank screen. but I am able to use the whiteboard / chat and trafers options between them.

In TOOLS - OPTIONS - VIDEO  Make sure you have the automatically send and receive video at the start of each call turned on.

Thanks for your reply, but it turn out not to be this, it was a problem with a bit of software my boss instored on the network, whcih monitors and limits protocols, and once I removed this from the domain, the web Cam software and proctols worked.
