Hi there,

How to get cell comments from xls using Spreadsheet::ParseExcel ...

I can get out almost everything from xls, but I can't read a cell comments. Any idea ??? Please ...

You're right. Spreadsheet::ParseExcel has not developed so far that it can handle formulas or comments. Spreadsheet::WriteExcel can write comments, however, so if you are willing to get your hands a bit dirty, you might be able to figure out how, between the two chunks of code, you could add handling of the NOTE type to ParseExcel.pm. (I'll admit that I still don't have a clue as to how to do it after staring somewhat blearily at the source code for the various WriteExcel and ParseExcel modules for almost an hour.)
