What can I use to do the job of msconfig that was in Win98 and in XP?

Aside from hacking registry, is there a third party tool that will do the same job as "msconfig" that was in Win98 and XP? I have recently read somewhere else that msconfig from either one of these OS's would also work on Win2K? Any comments or advice appreciated.
