username and password for backup account

I have 4 winxp pro machines on a local workgroup.
all have same workgroup name.
i want to automate the backups
i need a username and password that will run the job
how do I setup one acct to backup all computers?

Hi mhalsey68,

As you're using a workgroup, you can't just create one account, but you will have to make an extra account on all computers with the same credentials (loginname + password)
