i have looked around and cant find any information on this.  My guess, you have a program called Tara and that is the log file for it.  Have you tried opening this file? Is it in plain english? Where is this file Located?  C:\? C:\windows? or somewhere else.

If you have anyother information, that would help.

its located on almost every xp or 2k machine that i have come accross.  it is located in the <D:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp> folder.  it is an empty text file that re-appears after a certain amount of normal pc usage.

I do not have this file in my Administrator\Local Settings\Temp folder at work, nor at home.  Again, i sticking behind the log file idea.  Since i cant find any resources on the internet, cant find this file on any PCs that i have at work (i have checked on 5 pcs), and also cant find it on my home PC, it has to be with some program that you have installed.

Since that folder is used to store Temporary files, I dont think it is of any concern.

again, going with just an empty log file for some program.  I will post more if i find anything else out.
