Checkpoint express, installing the secure platform on a HP DL320

I am trying to install the secure platform on a HP DL320, after the reboot the IDE Raid drives are not mirrored any more, and I cannot see the network card from the OS.

How do you stop the install script and change the HD drivers and the network drivers.

Problem with SecurePlatform is that it may not support your hardware. If you start messing about with it then you will find that it is not supported. It is a stripped down version of linux so doesn't have all the driver support that you would get in a full distribution.

I know this isn't the answer you were looking for but I would speak to Checkpoint support and see what they would suggest for that model of Proliant.

Thank you, I have found some items on web, but nothing in detail. I hope someone out there has done this before.

Have you try to install the secure platform with the help of SMARTSTART CD rom or not?
I think if you just put in the secure platform CD and boot it up, the RAID driver may not be loaded.
So try to install with SMARTSTART CD.
I have tried that direction, the problem is that the os, is a package install, it uses it's own internal drivers.

If you've tried that direction, may be try to disable the raid one configuration in order to complete the installation.
Well, this is only a suggestion, not solution to your scenario.
I have now talked to Checkpoint. They have said that it is a hardened system, and that you cannot change the install scripts. They have recommend downloading the R55, patch. I am doing that now.
