i want to send a file (excel spreadsheet) as an attachement 2 times a day at the same time. is there a way to schedule this? i know nothing about scheduling with cf.  i have managed to find the scheduler part of the cf admin though ;-)

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Create a page that contains <CFMAIL> and performs the action of sending the email with the attachment, put it on the web, schedule the url to run on the specified time.

What are the issues you are having? Which part is not clear?
