Folder quota in Windows 2000

I am use Windows 2000 and I want to limit the folder size, I don't want use disk quota because I only have one partition so I think not possible to limit the volume.
So how can I limit the folder size?

You can set a group policy to limit the folder size.

That shoul tell you all about it.

Although finnaly I use veritas storage central to manage my folder quota but the website very helpful.
