appleshare ip 6.3 server went down...went to a back up appleshare ip 6.1

i am now able to hook up with a variety of pcs with a variety of os (win nt-win xp)
this has been a long standing problem that seems to have been solved...

should i expect that the pcs will eventually not be able to see the apple server?--->like the problems i had before.

Not unless some configuration changes. Computers dont have half-lives. Their functionality doesnt degrade with time. If it works now, and nothing changes, itll work forever.
