Excel VBA or Application: Percentile estimates

Can excel estimate percentile estimates? I want to be able to give Excel a range of number and have it caculate the 25%-tile and 75%-tile.

Hi ys79,
=PERCENTILE(A1:A500,0.25)    returns the 25%-tile
=PERCENTILE(A1:A500,0.75)    returns the 75%-tile
