PLS respond quickly !!!!! Help with Falsh and HTML tricks !

So things are the following .

I'm building a site .
I have a Flash movie build .
Second movie on flash .

What I want !

I want to make an Index.html in which the first flash movie loads then it stops and a redirection is executed to Index2.html .

So that's for now !

I haven't got flash :)
sorry I haven't mentioned that

I'm familiar what flash can do in details but don't have it !

Is there a way to make it with JS !????

Can somebody tell me what to learn in order to be effective in Linux/BSD web dev ?
I mean an Editor ?
For HTML , JS , Java , PHP ... etc.

I mena is there something nice like Dreamweaver ?
I know that Vi and Emacs are good ... is there something like dreamweaver ?

I can also show you a way to do it in javascript.

But you will also need to take into consideration slow connections, i would do as AntChen said, do it in the flash movie, hence actionscript
