Targeting two frames in Pagemill 3.0

I've got a 3 frame layout in Pagemill 3.0 (Windows XP).  Top is header that doesn't change.  Left is menu with buttons that change.  Center is main body.

I don't know how to use java to do all the cool menu button stuff, so I'm trying to do it with a jpeg menu I've created and placed in the left frame.  When someone clicks one button, I'd like the center frame to change but also the left button frame to change to a version with the current choice highlighted.

I've created all the differrent versions of the buttons but I can't seem to tell Pagemill to target two changes at once.  I can either get the buttons to change to the next one or to change the center frame.  How can I tell it to do both?

I don't know how to do this in 'straight' html, but with a little help of javascript this task is rather simple.

On your page that contains the 'left menu with buttons' insert the following into the <HEAD> </HEAD> part of the document:

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">
function twoFramesOneClick(LinkToVisit){
top.FrameNameWithMenu.location.href = LinkToVisit;
}
</script>

And in the <BODY> for the links use something like:

<A href="http://www.google.com" onClick="twoFramesOneClick('MenuPage.html')" target="FrameNameWithContent">Google</A>
