Missing Printer

I have a user that connects to a terminal server for certain applications a uses a local printer to print off of those apps.  Here is the problem.  When the user logs in to their roaming profile, to the local machine and connects to the terminal server, the printer will not install.  If I log on to the local machine as administrator or a different user with the same profile, and log on to the TS as the first user the printer will install.  The user in question can print locally and haas full control of the printer.  Also I have tried to recreate the profile with no luck.

Any Ideas

Is there an error message?

What rights does the user have?  Try giving him admin rights to install the printer and then put them down again.
