How to access Administrator registry configuration from another user?

I'm running this .reg for a Power User:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

This disables some Windows featuresfor the current user. but, unfortunately, this .reg was executed for the Administrator and all the windows were closed. Now, i need to restore the original Administrator configurations, but i can't access the registry editor to delete the unwanted keys.

Can anybody help me?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try typing gpedit.msc  in Start / Run, you can enable/disable this features there.
