I have a user in Outlook 2002 that keeps getting this error message whenever they start Outlook.
"server-requested Client Action MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg."

They get this error message even when accessing their Outlook via another computer.

Cool..

You may want the Mods to move this question to outlook TA cos I think that would be appropriate.

Just post a 0 pt question in CS and request them to move to
