&nbsp; &nbsp; i have included &quot;winsock2.h&quot; in implemtation file using gethostbyname function,still it gives linker error as cannot resolve gethostbyname@4 error.<br />
The same fucntion works in sample application in MFC and also VB , also there is i think winsock2 verion on my pc.<br />
