Need Information on Windows Task Manager

Under the Processes tab of the Windows Task Manager there are many Columns i can choose to view.  I would like some general information of what I should watch out for.  For instance, I learned the hard way that when your User Objects grows to a certain size your system will freeze up and this is caused by a memory leak in you vb code.  Any information would be appreciated.
