I work in It support, in a linux base IMAP mail server (SUSE) and some of the staff are having problem whit outlook timeout on Windows xp. The server drops them and does not update there message, they have to close and restart outlook to have there email updated. One time is OK, but when you’re expecting an email, it gets tiresome...<br />
I would be very greatfull to have any advice on how to fix or diminish that problem.<br />
