Print Frame without header & footer

I want to print frame without header & footer. How this is possible? I know that if i change Page setup then it prints without header & footer. Any ideas?

You can not access that printer settings because it is security issue. Oterwise you could change anything in user profile on browser side.
Only option: use PDF

What if want to change Header and footer, so in the header is text ex. "This is header" and footer is text "This is footer". Is this possible? and if it is tell me how? can you show some example?.
One option is PDF, how i use that? example?

Zvonko is correct you can NOT manipulate the header and footer.

scriptX or activeX is the best you can do

Thanks Zvonko and jaysolomon to answering my question. I think that PDF is only solution for me. ScriptX or ActiveX from meadroid is too expensive for this what i'm thinking.
