Maximum HTTP Request Size

predarek asked
Last Modified: 2008-03-17
Hi, I'm having a problem when upload file from a site to another. It seems that there is a maximum request size when you transfer from an site to another. There must be some configuration to change the maximum http request size. Internet Explorer return an error like Page cannot be displayed when trying with a file of a certain size (the size seem to vary from server to server). This problem sounds logical though, this must be to prevent some form of spamming of big file from nowhere.

Exemple of my problem :

Site : www.mysite.com
Upload to : upload1.mysite.com

I want to remove or set the limit request size for request coming from the first site.

Note : I'm using the word site as in reference to an application in IIS. I wrote site to be sure you understand what I meant.

Thanks for your answer ! I think I found that it was related with a componant we are using and not IIS. Your answer confirm that it must be related to that.
