I have created a schedule using ASP.NET. The schedule is color coded but the colors will not print. So I came to the conclusion that I need to put text on top of a image (A block of color) there for it will print.

How to you put text over an image?

   Thanks

Hi Marc,

In MS Internet Explorer, there is an option to print background colors and images (I'm using IE 5.5 at the moment).

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced.  Scroll down to the area regarding printing, about 2/3 of the way down, and make sure that "Print background colors and images" is ticked.

This is a work-around for A user, but if you want ALL users to be able to print properly, then use the answer provided by spauljoseph.
