Hi Eyger, I am in Australia, but my Mobile Phone company (Optus) supplies a webpage service where you can upload a picture to it, and then send it via MMS to your phone,m or to any other MMS compatible phone, My best suggestion is to check with your provider about any web based features they might provide.

Me and my girlfriend both have nokia 3395 phones, using TMobile. We want to be able to send each other images (MMS messages) to our phones from our PC's. Does anyone know of a service or software that will allow us to do this? We both live in the US, and have USRobotics faxmodems.
