Hi
I have seen some urls where the '?' before the get variables seems to be replaced by a '/'...

sometimes the name of the file is left out and it looks like a url..

eg:..

www.url.com/folder/file.php/v1=1&v2=2

or

www.url.com/folder/v1

does any one know how this was done??

It is pretty straightforward to encrypt email with GPG using PHP. I have a great article detailing how to do this in the first edition of this book: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/067232525X/qid=1077083453/sr=2-1/ref=sr_2_1/002-1845353-6573640

I'm sure the second edition in the link will have a similar updated article.

I can't post it here, since the work is copyrighted, but if you really want to do it, it's worth the purchase (or a browse in your local bookshop).

There is another decent tutorial at Zend:

Oops, ignore the previous comment (wrong topic).
Regardless of platform you may implement this using the webserver error handler.

Set up the webserver to go to a certain PHP script on 404 (file not found) errors.

In that script, redirect (parsing the URL you get) to the appropiate script.

I've been trying to get something like what you described up on my website as well.

To start, I looked at this website:

I think that will help you too.
