i guess u created the icon from a bmp file and it is invalid in VB (some format problem). pick another icon file and try again. if u want to create ur icon file use icon editing software like &quot;icon edit&quot;, u can also use VC++ to create icon file..<br />

You were right, I was trying to use an icon with the WinXP color depht... I just changed to True Color and everything went right, thanks!
