Full dates/times of a file

Surely there's some standard utiltity or option to get the full time(s) and date(s) for a file.

"ls -l" truncates (Mon/Yr) if it's old....

..and does linux maintain multiple dates (create / modified / accessed)...

Have a look at "man find", especially the -printf option.
