Account Lockout on Solaris 2.6 & 2.5.1

I have a government requirement to ensure accounts lock out after five failed logon attempts.  I reviewed some older questions/answers on this topic and would appreciate any new information if available.  Are you aware of anyway to perform account lockouts on Solaris 2.6 and 2.5.1?

There's no default Solaris mechanism to do this, however I've used PAM_login_limit PAM module from http://www.comsmiths.com.au/pam/pam_1.04.html with great success.

Unfortunately, you're going to be out of luck from Solaris 2.5.1

Yeah we are are using it for 7 and 8 but it won't work on 6 or 2.5.1
There is a version for Solaris 2.6.  Have you tried it?
Sun makes Trusted Solaris for government audit etc requirements
