Odd behavior for .include in Sun One Web Server

The following line of JSP code demonstrates different behavior when running on SunOne and Weblogic 8.x:

request.getRequestDispatcher("Error.jsp").include(request, response);

I have included a screen shot of how the error msg is displayed on each webserver (see below). On SunOne's webserver, the error msg is pushed all the way to the top. However, on Weblogic 8.x, the error msg is displayed exactly where the code is placed (in the body of the page).

If you have any thoughts on how to correct this behavior, please let me know. Thanks!
