Router configuration error - Router at node X claims network 1.... when adding another server.

Hi, i recently added a Netware 5 server into an existing Netware 3.12 network but i got this messages:
1. From Netware 3.12 console:
<date & time> 1.1.112 Router configuration error detected
Router at node 00D0B788197E claims network 2 should be 1.

2. From Netware 5 console:
<date & time> IPXRTR-6.60-4
60:2.314 SAP router configuration error detected.
Node 0001E6ACC967 () claims network address 1 should be 2.

They are both connected to a common hub. If i disconnect the new server from the network, the persistent error message and beeping stops.

I'm not sure if this two servers will co-exist on a common network...?
The Autoexec.ncf on the 3.12 server looks like this:
...
ipx internal net 2222
load c:\server.312\3C90XC port=D800 mem=F6800000 int=C frame=ETHERNET_802.2
bind ipx to 3C90XC net =2
...

while the one on Netware 6 server:
...
Load IPXRTR
Load E100B.LAN SLOT=10005 FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2 NAME=E100B_1_E82
BIND IPX E100B_1_E82 NET=1
...

Is there anything wrong with the configuration?

I'm hoping the two servers can co-exist...
Thanks in advance.

try to disable IPX-routing on one of the two servers (or you could disable the whole IPX-protocol on the NW6-Server, and only use tcpip)
