Multiple Applications

Dear Sirs:

I would like to know how to stop Multiple copies of a Visual FoxPro 7.0 executalbe application from running at the same time.

It is extemely enoying to have the User Reduce the application then Start Another one, which then turns into a mess.

Having done this in Access 97 I realise that this is posslbe.
