Good, free install builder?

I'm looking for a good, free install builder for a Delphi 7 app (meaning it's Win32). Must be easy to use as I don't have time for a learning curve.

oops, now why did i press submit 3 times?
If your application is using BDE (and you mentioned that you don't have time for learning) then you should absolutely try the InstallShield. Inno Setup does everything but this. Using Inno setup you have to create your aliases programatically and also install BDE manually (script). If you decide for the Inoo Setup you can find instructions on how to deploy your application with BDE and how to create an alias on the Inno setup website.
Cheers
I've used the free version of Ghost Installer for setup applications.  They also apparently have a plugin available to handle programs that use BDE, though I've never used the plugin and I use FlashFiler for my database.
