I need to find a good dedicated server host, which has atleast these things:<br />
Good speed and atleast 40gb HD (hopefully raid or atleast network backup), 256mb ram(minimum), good connection speed and atleast 30gb bandwidth pr.month.<br />
Does security updates as soon as they are available on standard linux programs such as sendmail(or qmail)/apache/mysql/php etc. <br />
Has antivirus and antispam installed and keep them updated.<br />

The price should not be more than 150$ a month, but if it covers more than the listed i might consider it.<br />
