A smd chip is burned on a supply power olivet 4e5.
It is marked 18bl ... what item I have to purchase to substitute it?

if the chip is burnt it is possibly the symptom not the cause. In the PS circuitry the load is put on and probably overloads the chip capacity and blows it.
The quickest and most efficient method is to find a replacement PS. Not knowing the PC type cannot suggest a replacement. Provide this information and will try to assist.
