hi uk2cn,

I am using the serial comms component from the second link that you have given here and am having problems setting up the software flow control.  My application needs to send a text file and after each line should receive an XOFF from the hardware and then an XON when it has finished processing the line.  Thereafter then next line in the text file should be sent.  Do you know what I would need to configure my dcb settings to, to get this working?  I have set the flow control to Xon/Xoff, I have set the baud rate to 115200 and I have tried setting the TxXoffFlow to true so that the dte transmission is suspended because an Xoff is received.  However, it seems that I am not getting an Xoff as each line is not processed.  I know that the hardware works as it is running with hyperterminal just fine.  Any help would be much appreciated...
