I am receiving a lot of these error messages in my Application Event Viewer<br />

Disabled user /O=MyCOMPANY/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=G.D<wbr />ONKIN does not have a master account SID. Please use Active Directory MMC to set an active account as this user's master account. <br />

What does this mean and what can be done to resolve these errors?<br />

Disabled user /O=MyCOMPANY/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=G.DONKIN does not have a master account SID. Please use Active Directory MMC to set an active account as this user's master account. 

What does this mean and what can be done to resolve these errors?

I am new to Windows 2000 / Exchange 2000 so please help.

MS Exchange 2000 error (Event ID: 9548)

Windows 2000 is an operating system for use on both client and server computers. It is the successor to Windows NT 4.0, and is the last version of Microsoft Windows to display the "Windows NT" designation. Four editions of Windows 2000 were released (Professional, Server, Advanced Server, and Datacenter Server) that shared a core set of features, including many system utilities such as the Microsoft Management Console.
