How can I reformat the hard drive of a cpu running Windows 2000 Professional?

I have a Toshiba Tecra 8000 from a previous job, and after 2 1/2 years, booted it up the other night. I don't remember any of my old passwords, plus the machine is configured for my old employer's server. I just want to wipe it clean and reinstall Windows.

Insert the windows CD and boot from it (may have to reorder the boot order in BIOS to be D: then C: (or CD-ROM then IDE-0))

Windows Setup can wipe out the partition, create a new one and format it for you - then install Windows 2000...
