How did you install the VB.Net application?

Did you create an installation package that include all the required support files?

additionally you'll need the license-key (found in studio -> help -> info). the key shown there fits to the mergemodules automatically installed with your studio below your program files-folder\common files\merge modules.

no. only copying does not work. you will have to register the dlls and put the license-key-entry into registry. dunno how to do manually, but if you have the possibility to create an installshield-setup, create a new project (using the computer that has vstudio (and with it crystal and its mergemodules) installed) and add following modules (i cut the words short):
(CR = Crystal Rep...)

CR Runtime .Net (Data Access)
CR Runtime .Net (Managed Code)
CR9 - Seagate Registration Wizard
CR9 - .NET Managed components
CR9 - Crystal Reports Engine components

for CR9 - Seagate Registration Wizard set the property license-key to the key-value you'll find in your vstudio -> help -> info -> cr-key

then run this setup at clientcomputer you wish to use cr. it installs all required dlls and the registration-key.

if you have no possibility to build setup you will have to try to get the information how to register the dlls and the license-key.

only info - key is located in registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Crystal Decisions\Crystal Reports\VSNET\Keycodes\CR9 NET
