Can anyone tell me why my printer will not print Quicken.  HP Support told me to ask Experts Exchange.

Thanks

By the way, I am doing this for a friend, so my responses may be slow.

Make sure that you have the latest version of firmare for your printer, though it sounds like the software is not properly configured.  Can you give me more details?  OS? Printer? COmputer info?  Have you made any changes to your computer lately?  Does the printer work otherwise?

Thanks echobravo316, I went to the site and found not only new firmware, but an updated driver and it is working fine now.  This was VERY important that he get it to print his Quicken reports.

Thanks so much for you help and pointing me in the right direction.
