Contacts showing as First Name, Last in view, but are sorted last name, first

Our Executive Assistant did *something* (She's not sure what), but when she is looking in her Contacts folder (she's using Address Card View), the names in the grey bar show up as "First Name Last Name". They are being sorted correctly however (Last name, firs t name), but the names in the grey bars should show up the same way like they *used* to.....Last Name, First. I've checked every setting I can find to no avail. Also, she has access to three Executive Contacts folders and they all show up the same way, so it's got to be a global setting for her somewhere.....Thanks for any suggestions.
