Our Executive Assistant did *something* (She's not sure what), but when she is looking in her Contacts folder (she's using Address Card View), the names in the grey bar show up as "First Name Last Name".  They are being sorted correctly however (Last name, firs t name), but the names in the grey bars should show up the same way like they *used* to.....Last Name, First.  I've checked every setting I can find to no avail.  Also, she has access to three Executive Contacts folders and they all show up the same way, so it's got to be a global setting for her somewhere.....Thanks for any suggestions.

Outlook 2000
kfalandays- Done that a million times.  It actually sorts correctly (by last name), but the "titles" show up as first name first.  For instance, If I had two contacts, say John Smith and Jane Doe, and had it sort by last name, Jane Doe would be forst in my list and John Smith would show up second, however in the little grey bar that actually shows their name, it would show "Jane Doe" and "John Smith" instead of "Doe, Jane" and "Smith, John".....

OK tenover, then you have to go to the same spot and see what she has selected as "fields". Most view have the FILE AS field listed first. Does she have FULL NAME field first?
