Blocking network traffic

I am getting constant hits from a few IP addresses that I think are attempting to flood me.
They are appearing in my Black Ice program.
How can I prevent this ? URGENT!

if you want to stop the traffic just use ipsec policy and stop it at the socket.
you can block ip addresses, subnets and ports - so this should be what you are after
